The Call Centre and Customer Management Expo is taking place at Birmingham NEC on the 21st and 22nd of September. It is the number one exhibition and conference for customer contact and customer management solutions in Europe, and will be bringing together leading suppliers and visitors K-EXPO FRANCE.

The conference offers help and support to businesses facing problems, as well as educational and networking opportunities. Six keynote speakers will be giving inspirational talks that will be available to all visitors. They will be addressing topical issues such as efficient management techniques and customer interaction analytics. There will also be three peer-to-peer learning workshops, providing an insight into the changing demands of customers and the challenges within the call centre industry.

Additionally, the Call Centre Expo has four Solution Theatres that run a series of presentations on subjects such as the use of social media in customer strategy and the engaging and motivating staff. This year sees a new theatre added to the conference, which will deliver talks on various aspects of voice and speech technology.

Running alongside the Call Centre Expo this year will be the Call Centre Focus Conference, which provides the latest information and knowledge on how to motivate staff and meet ever-increasing customer expectations. Every business is being affected by the recession, so the conference is focussing on how to deliver the best customer service with limited resources.
